New Hire Enrollment Information

At Konecranes, we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for you and your family.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when you are enrolling in benefits as a new hire. 

 

  • Full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for benefits.

  • You have the first 30 days after your start date to enroll in benefits for the remainder of the plan year.

  • Benefits are effective the 1st of the month, following 60 days of employment.   

  • You will not have an opportunity to change coverage until Open Enrollment in fall of 2025, unless you have a qualifying life event.

  • Review your benefits resources and enrollment instructions sent to your email by ADP. ​​

  • To being the enrollment process log into ADP

  • Your login information will be sent you by HWSupport@adp.com.

We are adding a second medical plan option. This plan is HSA eligible and available with the Anthem BCBS network in all states.

Starting January 1, 2025, Konecranes will offer employer-paid virtual physical therapy through Sword Health.

Starting January 1, 2025, Konecranes will offer a voluntary  legal insurance plan to all eligible employees.

What's A Qualifying Life Event?

Qualifying life events are significant life events that allow individuals to make changes to their health insurance coverage outside of the regular enrollment period. Examples of qualifying life events include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, and loss of health insurance coverage.
